Philosophy

Most consultants are good at identifying problems. The work starts there, but it does not stop there.

A recommendation that never gets implemented is just an observation. Most owners already know what is wrong - they’ve known for a while. What they have not had is someone willing to stay in it with them long enough to actually change it.

Background

Lonczak Group was founded by Madelyn Lonczak.

Her background includes work across healthcare, recruiting, organizational support, onboarding, training development, and operational coordination in both public and private-facing environments.

Much of the work has involved organizations during periods of growth, staffing strain, transition, or operational change -particularly where day to day responsibilities become increasingly difficult to manage without clearer structure and ongoing support.

The firm was built around a long standing interest in how organizations function behind the scenes, and what allows improvements to hold over time rather than remain theoretical.
