Engagement Model
A Different Approach
Most consulting engagements end with a report. The recommendations may be sound, but implementation is left to an owner who is already managing more than enough.
That is not how we work. Identifying what needs to change is only part of the job. Our role is to stay involved until improvements are actually in place.
Phase One: Assessment
Every engagement begins with a structured review of the business - conversations with leadership, an evaluation of current systems, and an honest look at where the operational risks and inefficiencies are.
By the end of this phase, clients have a clear picture of where things stand and a prioritized plan for what to address first.
Phase Two: Implementation
This is where most of the work occurs.
We focus on the changes most likely to reduce operational strain, improve consistency, and support sustainable growth. Depending on the needs of the business, that can include hiring and onboarding systems, training development, process documentation, role clarification, accountability structures, leadership support, and operational planning.
Support is provided throughout - not handed off at the door.
Phase Three: Stabilization
New systems require time to take hold. This phase is about making sure they do.
We refine, adjust, and work through the transition until improvements are running on their own - so the progress made during the engagement holds after it concludes.
Who We Work With
We work with owners who are prepared to make decisions, communicate expectations, and commit to implementation. The engagements that produce the best results are the ones where both sides remain fully invested in the outcome.
